The Heal + Club is our way of saying thank you to our most loyal customers! It is a way to earn points and redeem them on future purchases for discounts.
Joining the Heal + Club is easy! Simply click on the rewards icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. From there, enter your email address to set up your account and begin earning points. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase to begin earning points right away.
You can earn points many ways. Simply make sure that you are logged into your account (by clicking on the rewards button at the bottom of the screen and logging in), and start earning. Earn points when you create an account and follow us on social media. Earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
Points can be redeemed for various discounts on your orders. All you have to do is log into your account by clicking the rewards button at the bottom of the screen. From there, click on ways to redeem followed by the number of points you want to use! You will receive a discount code that must then be applied at checkout when prompted for a promo code. Please note that the discount is not automatically applied, you must enter the code in the promo code box.
Unfortunately only one discount can be applied at checkout. Make sure to copy and paste your discount code at checkout. The discount is not automatically applied at checkout.
