Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Our team processes orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of Canadian and US public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Shipments to US addresses will be made by DHL from our warehouse located in Chicago, Illinois. All orders over USD $40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping to mainland US addresses. Orders below USD $40 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate USD $10 shipping charge. Standard shipping times to US addresses can be up to 6 business days.

When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.

 

SHIPPING TO CANADA

*Please note that Canadian-bound shipments will be shipped from our US warehouse until mid-October when our Canadian operations are live. This will result in longer than normal delivery windows.

Shipments to Canadian addresses are currently shipped via DHL from our warehouse located in Chicago, Illinois. All orders over USD $40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping to mainland US addresses. Orders below USD $40 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate USD $10 shipping charge. Standard shipping times to Canada addresses can be up to 14 business days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Note: The customer will be responsible for any duties or import fees, if applicable.

Shipments to international addresses will be made by DHL PacketPlus International from our warehouse located in Chicago, Illinois. All orders over USD $40 (before tax) qualify for free shipping. Orders below USD $70 (before tax) will incur a flat-rate USD $10 shipping charge. Standard shipping times can be up to 14 business days (with the potential for further border delays if a shipment is held for inspection).

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number to enable you to track your order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • the product was purchased in the last 30 days;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • you have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
  • you obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us at hello@healandco.co, putting “RMN Request” in the subject line.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
